The Offshore Group was incorporated in 1986, and is headquartered in Tucson, Arizona. The members of The Offshore Group family of companies include:
Offshore International, Inc. – is located in Tucson, Arizona and houses The Offshore Group’s executive staff, corporate billing, business development, import-export and cross dock functions. The Offshore Group’s Tucson cross dock serves manufacturing in Mexico clients located in company’s Empalme and Guaymas, Sonora Bellavista Industrial Parks and Roca Fuerte Industrial Parks.
Offshore International, LLC – is situated in Mission, Texas, and serves companies in Mexico by acting as the import-export processing and cross dock facility for The Offshore Group clients that are manufacturing in Mexico at The Offshore Group’s Saltillo, Coahuila La Angostura Industrial Park.
Maquilas Tetakawi, S.A. de C.V. – delivers The Offshore Group’s Mexico outsourcing solution for manufacturers, or “shelter,” services at the company’s flagship manufacturing locations, within the Bellavista and Roca Fuerte Industrial Parks in Empalme and Guaymas, Sonora.
Manufacturas Zapalinamé S.A. de C.V. – was incorporated in the city of Saltillo, Coahuila in 1997 for the purpose of giving companies in Mexico option of locating in the highly industrialized North-Central region of the Mexican republic.
Dinisa, S.A. de C.V. – is The Offshore Group’s industrial park developer and contractor. The Offshore Group currently has three gated and secured (CCTV and human) Mexican industrial parks that have a combined total of 3 million square feet of industrial space under roof. All Offshore Group industrial parks have been recognized by Mexico’s Ministry of Economics for the quality of the infrastructure that they offer to companies in Mexico operating under the Group’s Shelter Program.
International Logistic Solutions (ILS) – is The Offshore Group’s non-asset based third party logistics (3PL) company. It was founded in 2000 for the purpose of providing Offshore Group client companies Mexico logistics and supply chain services. Today ILS provides 3PL services to wide range of companies doing business all over the world.
Vangtel – was established in 2005 to offer its Mexico outsourcing solution to contact centers and business outsourcing (BPO) firms, as well as IT development companies administrative and infrastructure, or “shelter,” support services in Mexico. Vangtel offers several location options in the West Mexico state of Sonora, the city of Saltillo, Coahuila, as well as in one of Latin America’s most dynamic city’s, Guadalajara, Jalisco.
The Offshore Group – Jalisco is the Group’s newest member. It has been formed to enable businesses to establish and maintain operations in Mexico’s second largest city, and one of the most dynamic metropolises in Latin America.
