Norm Schneeberger is president and CEO of G.S. Precision, Inc., an ultra-precision machining and assembly company. GS specializes in the production of complex components and subassemblies for the global aerospace industry.
Founded by George Schneeberger in 1958, the company has grown from a small family business to a global leader in its field, serving a number of Fortune 500 companies and OEMs. G.S. Precision currently employs 330 people and operates three facilities – two in Brattleboro, Vermont totaling 100,000 sq. ft., and a 17,000 sq. ft. facility in Roca Fuerte Industrial Park in Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico. The company processes a diversity of materials from nickel-based aircraft alloys and titanium to stainless steels and aluminum and. In addition to serving the aerospace industry, supplies precision products to the automotive, medical, and optics fields.
A graduate of the University of Vermont, Norm assumed management of the company in 1998 and has steered the company to significant growth.
