Unlimited Services, Inc. employs 100+ individuals and occupies 35,000 square feet at its manufacturing in Mexico facility, double the square footage in which it began its wire harness and cable assembly operation.

The company, founded 27 years ago, is the successor to Transworld Connections, which it purchased in 2004. In addition to its Guaymas, Mexico maquiladora plant, Unlimited has facilities in Lynchburg, VA; Rockford, IL, and is headquartered in Oconto, Wisconsin.

Products manufactured in Mexico by the company include an extensive variety of wire harness and cable assemblies; 12-volt wire harnesses for commercial vehicle and off-road equipment; custom molded cable assemblies; discrete wire harness assemblies; PCB, TRS, Video, BNC, SMA and others; communications cable; coaxial / RF cable; board jumpers; power cords; and flat cable. The company designs and manufactures the harnesses and also offers in-house prototyping services.

Unlimited Services offers mold-tooling manufacturing capabilities (EDM and machine shop); Schleuniger programmable cutting and stripping machines; wire harness and cable braiding;  lacers for up to 80 conductor cables; Cirris testers including high voltage machine crimping presses; 30-ton injection mold machines; Stapla ultrasonic welding, Domino ink jet printers and Syteline ERP system.
