Mexico outsourcing has proven to be an effective means by which companies can achieve their cost reduction goals in a hyper competitive and challenging global economy.

Mexico outsourcing of BPO, IT development and call center operations has become an increasingly popular option over the last several years for companies that operate in these market segments.  Vangtel Nearshoring Solutions was founded in 2005 to provide the same cost reduction opportunities through its Shelter Program that had been available to manufacturers since the mid-80s.  Today Vangtel operates business centers with the entire infrastructure necessary to implement cost reduction strategies at its Headquarters in Hermosillo, Sonora, as well as at its satellite facilities in Obregon, Sonora and on the campus of the Technological Institute of Monterrey’s (ITESM) Hermosillo campus.

Mexico outsourcing, done successfully, requires quality supply chain management and integration.  International Logistic Solutions, or ILS, is The Offshore Group’s third-party logistics solution services provider.  ILS is headquartered in Tucson, Arizona and offers a complete cross border supply chain management (SCM) solution.  Its menu of services includes: freight management, raw materials and finished goods shipping and distribution, as well as vendor management inventory (VMI) or consignment.  In addition to being a “Service Maquila” in Mexico, ILS also functions as a “Shelter” for suppliers through its “Supplier Mall.”
