Logistics Management Services are performed by the Offshore Group’s Import-Export Department, which has its crossdock facilities in Tucson, Arizona and Mission, Texas.
• Receipt of Import raw material and equipment, from Shipping companies and local vendors that are transferred to southbound trucks for delivery to Guaymas/Empalme from Tucson, Arizona.
• Receipt of Export finished product and equipment from Mexico that is transferred to client’s specified shipping company or vendor.
• Consolidate, when possible, shipments between Tucson, Arizona and Import Coordination
• Creation of commercial invoice for import
• Maintenance of commercial invoice records for imports
• Notification of receipt of damaged import shipments
• Certificate of Origin maintenance
• Communication and coordination with customs brokers to confirm receipt of import documentation
