Gale Thompson is a 25-year veteran of the maquiladora industry, with special expertise in electro-mechanical manufacturing. In addition to both inland and border manufacturing operations in Mexico, Thompson has worked in Malaysia, China, and Hong Kong.

Within the maquiladora industry, Thompson held positions as vice president of manufacturing operations, plant manager, consultant, director of operations, and quality control manager. He speaks fluent Spanish and has served as an officer for two different maquiladora associations. Thompson holds a bachelor's degree in industrial technology from San Jose State University.
