Mr. Glick is a graduate of Cornell University and Cornell Law School and has extensive experience in the areas of international trade and customs law. He has been active in developing Customs Compliance programs for many U.S. corporations. Mr. Glick is the author of a book on NAFTA and he has been widely consulted by companies and trade associations in regard to U.S./Mexico legal questions involving imports, exports, investment, immigration, transportation and other areas. Mr. Glick has been particularly active in the maquiladora industry assisting U.S. and foreign companies with various legal and regulatory issues in connection with establishing operations in Mexico.

Mr. Glick has served as counsel to the U.S House of Representatives Select Committee on Small Business, Subcommittee on International Trade. During the last 25 years, he has also devoted his time to handling major international trade cases before the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, and the Court of International Trade. In addition, he has handled almost every aspect of cases arising under the U.S. Customs laws involving classification, valuation, country of origin marking and customs fraud as well as matters before the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. He has recently published an article in the magazine of the Food and Drug Law Institute on the impact of the new Bioterrorism Act on companies that export food and medical products to the United States. Mr. Glick is conversant in Spanish.
